Please be aware that orders should be placed through our Secure Online Checkout whenever possible. However, if you have a problem with your order processing, or just like to hear a human voice on the other end, please call.
RETURNS
Occasionally things don’t fit, or maybe you just don’t like what you ordered. When this happens, please read our policy below and contact us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll gladly arrange an exchange, or issue you store credit for the purchase price. All sales are final on clearance merchandise.
Due to the nature of our merchandise, our policy is to exchange or offer store credit. With the exception of defect, actual refunds for the purchase price will be considered on a case by case basis only. Authorized refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. (There is no restocking fee on exchanges or store credit.)
Exchanging? Feel free to purchase your replacement item on the website now! This is a hassle-free way to insure product availability and allows for your new item to be shipped right away. Simply make a note of it in the return package and your credit card will be reimbursed the purchase price of the returned item once it's received.
Important: Original and return shipping fees are not refundable, which is industry standard. You are responsible for any shipping costs to send replacement goods your way. Free shipping offers are not valid when making an exchange, so while you may not be charged upon checkout, shipping may later be deducted from the refund amount.
Kindly follow the steps below for a speedy transaction and proper credit:
Prepare your package... goods unused, unworn, odor-free with all original plastic and tags intact, along with your order number (located on your packing slip and also available when you log into your account) and a brief description of why you are sending it back.

If you're returning, you'll receive an email confirming your store credit amount and a code to use to redeem that credit for future purchase.
If you're exchanging, your goods will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a delivery confirmation email as well as a shipping charge receipt.
If you've already purchased your replacement, you'll soon receive an email confirming your credit card reimbursement.

SHIPPING
We know what it’s like to wait, so we ship promptly! In most cases, as soon as you’ve paid, you treasures will be mailed the very next business day. Orders placed before 12pm MST will usually ship the same day. These estimates may increase during busy holiday seasons. Your shipping cost is based on weight, size and location.
We cannot guarantee times of arrival, nor do we assume responsibility for items once they leave our hands. All orders include free delivery confirmation which is scanned by the postal service when your item has been delivered. If you did not receive your parcel, but the USPS shows it's been delivered, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Domestic Shipping: We use speedy USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail as our standard methods of shipment, both of which should take 2-5 business days to arrive at your door. Occasionally with heavier orders, Parcel Post will be used and may take a few days longer. Upon shipment of your package, your track and confirm information will be emailed to you. Registered customers may log in at any time to view order status.
Express Mail: As a service to our valued customers, rush shipping is available for an additional charge. We will not be held responsible for service transit time provided by the carrier and such times may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. In many cases delivery to urban areas will be overnight, but USPS Express Mail is not overnight to all areas. Sundays and postal holidays are excluded. Delivery may require a signature confirmation. If there is nobody present to sign for delivery a notice will be left, and you may need to pick up your package at your local post office.
International Policy: Shop all you like and when you check out, your shipping will be autocalculated based on weight and location for USPS Global Priority Mail. Promotional shipping offers are for domestic mail only and international rates still apply. Internationally shipped parcels will be subject to customs inspections, and as the buyer you will be responsible for any and all customs, tariffs and duties. Most packages shipped outside the US arrive quickly, but customs officials can pick out any package at whim and slow its delivery by a few days to a few weeks. We have no control over how long your package may take to clear customs in your country.
PayPal eCheck Payments: Payment with an eCheck usually takes about 4 business days for it to clear PayPal. Thank you for your patience, and please keep in mind that your order will not ship until PayPal sends notice of transaction completion.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special requests, large or small, are always welcome. Please take advantage of the space on the Contact Form to carefully describe what it is your looking for and all the specifics you can come up with including quantity, size, color and style description. You'll normally receive a response within 6-12 hours.
There is no additional charge for special orders, although you will be asked to pay your invoice in advance including shipping. In most cases it will be delivered to your door 10-12 business days from the time of payment. We’ll do our best to quickly accomodate your request.
